The integrated KITO-MOT USB 3.0 motorized zoom system offers exceptionally high repeatability and guarantees stable measurement results even with frequent zooming. With ten precisely graduated zoom levels, it allows flexible fields of view and magnifications from 34x to 406x. The 5.6-megapixel USB 3.0 camera included in the scope of delivery ensures high-resolution image processing.
The high-quality cross-measurement table allows manual adjustments with high smoothness and precision in a measuring range of 300 x 200 mm. Ideal for large or multiple measurement objects at the same time. Optionally available with motorized cross-measurement table.
Thanks to the special parallel bottom light and the extremely powerful LED top light with sequence switching, even the finest structures and surface contours can be optimally illuminated and measured with precision.
The system is built on a solid granite base – low-vibration and dimensionally stable. Vertical adjustment is via a high-precision Z-axis with coarse and fine adjustment, ideal for quick focusing and sensitive depth measurements.
The Metric measurement software included in the scope of delivery enables convenient 2D measurements, evaluations, documentation, and data export – intuitive and time-saving. It offers functions such as distance, radius, circle, and angle measurements as well as special circle measurements, layer thickness measurement, DXF overlay, and automatic edge detection.
