The measuring stage is equipped with a digital MR (= magnetoresistive) measuring system and is supplied with the SCD display unit. The accuracy of the length measurement uncertainty in µm is: Measuring length / 40 + 2.5. Resolution 0.1 µm. The load capacity of the measuring table is approx. 6 kg. When ordering, it is mandatory to specify whether the table is to be supplied with a glass insertion plate or metal insertion plate.
