Kitotec GmbH is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal for 2024 for its achievements in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Since 2022, as part of the new law on due diligence in the supply chain, we have decided to have our CSR efforts additionally evaluated by a rating from EcoVadis. Thanks to our already established structures and certifications according to ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 37301 and SA 8000, we were well prepared for this challenge. We were delighted to receive the silver medal in our very first year and were able to extend this again in 2023.

Over the course of 2023, we again comprehensively revised our documentation and processes to achieve further improvements. We are particularly pleased with our progress in reducing waste and CO2 emissions. These efforts have paid off: for 2024, we were awarded the Platinum Medal by EcoVadis, underlining our commitment and continuous improvement in the areas of sustainability and social responsibility.

The entire Kitotec GmbH team was incredibly pleased to receive this award and it motivates us to continue on our path and set even higher standards. We would like to thank EcoVadis for the recognition and will continue to do everything we can to further optimize and strengthen our CSR strategies in the future.
