For installation purposes, we offer the four metal measuring rods under order number RL-OA as pure measuring rods without magnifiers or other attachments.

Technical specifications for RL metal measuring rods

• Measuring scale: Increments = 0.1 mm, labelling 0 .10 .20 ...
• The scale divisions and numbers on the stainless steel body are laser-engraved
• The scale divisions have a thickness of 0.020 mm
• Accuracy of partition ± 0,02 mm on the entire measurement length (at 20 degrees)
• Thermal expansion coefficient: 0% = per % rel. humidity
• Material = 1-4301
• Scaling not centred - centred on metal body
• Length of metal body:

  • 100 mm total length = 150 mm (+ 0,2 mm)
  • 212 mm total length = 262 mm (+ 0,2 mm)
  • 300 mm total length = 350 mm (+ 0,2 mm)
  • 400 mm total length = 450 mm (+ 0,2 mm)

• Width of metal body = 19,6 mm (DIN 7168 mean)

You can use these as a template to send us a drawing or a DXF. We would prefer a DXF in order to avoid any misunderstandings. In addition this reduces the quotation time and the costs of the custom-made item, since in any case we have to create a DXF.
