The perfect replacement for the profile projector: Since zoom optics are not always necessary, systems from the CV series are available that are equipped with a fixed focal length (fixed magnification). The slim design allows installation even in areas where space is limited.

 

Components: The CV system consists of the camera, tube, lens and LED illumination with dimming. The lens with an optical magnification of 1.6x is a "long distance" lens. This allows a high magnification in relation to the working distance. 

 

The optional software: By combining it with the Metric measuring software, measurements can be made in live mode. The DXF overlay module allows the display of DXF, DWG or vectorized PDF files. A sophisticated tollerance ring function offers a wide variety of further comparison options. The perfect display during the production process increases the precision of the manufactured parts and is easy on the eyes. 

 

If the use of measuring functions or DXF is not necessary and crosshairs are sufficient for the planned work, the system can alternatively be supplied with an HDMI camera. In this case no PC is needed but only a normal PC monitor.
