The base plate of the CT-6000 has two additional holes for mounting a second zoom lens. The mounting plate is equipped with a precision guide with fine focusing. A second split ring light with diffuser is included in the scope of delivery. Optionally, the 12x zoom can be equipped with a light reflection (coaxial illumination).

The purpose of the second lens is to prevent the test piece from rotating permanently, thus saving time. In addition, the attachment lens included with the optional coaxial illumination allows optical inspections of the surface to be performed at significantly higher magnifications. With this version or upgrade, a third dial gauge (optional) can be mounted to enable the cross measuring table to be used in X and Y.

The Metric measurement software works with both cameras simultaneously in live image mode. The zoom levels of both systems are stored and calibrated in the software. We recommend ordering the PC from us or sending us a PC for testing to ensure that the system works without any problems.
