Our special model for measuring micro drills: Based on the 12000 series ratchet zoom systems, the CT-6000 is equipped with an angled optical system. The USB 3.0 camera has a resolution of 5.6 Mpx. The camera system, which is mounted on the vertical cross measuring table, can be moved to the right using the holding device. This allows working with 1.5x and 2x attachment lenses. The CT-6000-M is equipped with two cross measuring tables. The vertically mounted cross measuring table is equipped with a digital 50 mm dial gauge in the Z-axis. The horizontally mounted cross measuring table is equipped with an additional dial gauge in the Y-axis and X-axis.

The digital dial gauges have a resolution of 0.001 mm. In order to make optimum use of the functions of the Metric measuring software, such as the evaluation of the chip or clearance angle, the dial gauges of the Z-axis and Y-axis are read out via an interface and the XY coordinates are calculated in the Metric measuring software.

A continuously adjustable rotary table with 240° graduation is mounted on the horizontally mounted cross measuring table. This allows front, side, and rear views of the tools. The integrated precision guide allows the insertion prisms to be quickly and easily moved to the optimum working distance. A 100 mm long prism with insertion prism is supplied as standard. The prisms are made of high-quality POM to prevent damage to the test pieces. A Rollomatic Concentricity Pro with adapter plate is supplied as an additional accessory.

For measuring very small tools, 1.5x or 2x attachment lenses are supplied in conjunction with a special LED ring light for micro tools. For measurement with the image processing functions of the Metric measurement software, special lighting is required, which can be ordered separately. This parallel rear light in blue provides an absolutely sharp contrast on the tool edges. The Metric MT measurement software is included in the scope of delivery, as is a calibration disc with DAkkS protocol.

As a customer, you incur no follow-up costs for software updates or system calibration. Updates are always free of charge and the calibration of the measuring systems is so simple that you can do it yourself, saving you the cost of an expensive maintenance contract.
