A variable measuring station for quick and easy measurement of micro tools such as drills, step drills and milling cutters. Based on the raster zoom systems of the 12000 series, the CT-6000 is equipped with angled optics. The USB 2.0 camera has a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels. The camera system, which is mounted on the vertical cross measuring table, can be moved to the right with the holding device. This makes it possible to work with different attachment lenses, which halve or double the fields of view of the seven zoom levels. The CT-6000 is equipped with two cross measuring stages. The vertically mounted cross measuring stage is equipped with a digital 50 mm dial gauge in the Z-axis. The horizontally mounted cross measuring stage is equipped with another dial gauge in the Y-axis and X-axis.
The digital dial gauges have a resolution of 0.001 mm. In order to be able to optimally use functions of the Metric measuring software, such as the evaluation of the rake or clearance angle, the dial gauges of the Z-axis and Y-axis are read out via an interface and the XY coordinates are calculated in the Metric measuring software.
A steplessly adjustable rotary table with a graduation of 240° is mounted on the horizontally mounted cross measuring table. This enables the front, side and rear view of the tools. The integrated precision guide enables the insertion prisms to be brought quickly and easily to the optimum working distance. A 100 mm long prism with insertion prism is supplied as standard. The prisms are made of high-quality POM to avoid damaging the specimens. A Rollomatic Concentricity Pro with adapter plate is supplied as a further accessory.
If the CT-6000 is used with a 0.5x attachment lens or without an attachment lens, an LED cold light source with slit ring light and diffuser is included in the scope of delivery. For measuring very small tools, the attachment lens 1.5x or 2x is supplied in combination with a special LED ring light for micro tools. For measuring with the image processing functions of the Metric measuring software, a special, optionally orderable illumination is necessary. This parallel back light in blue gives an absolutely sharp contrast at the tool edges. The Metric MT measuring software is included in the scope of delivery as well as a calibration disc with DAkkS protocol.
For you as a customer, there are no follow-up costs for software updates or calibration of the system. The updates are always free of charge and the calibration of the measuring systems is so simple that you can carry it out yourself and save yourself an expensive maintenance contract.
