Since the installation dimensions vary between versions 1 - 7, please send us the serial number of the electronic scale with your order. You will find this on the factory test report or on the underside of the metal rod. We cannot deliver replacement parts without the serial number. We would also like to point out that the factory test report is no longer valid if you replace the base plate yourself.

We do not supply strike plates individually for self-assembly, as these strike plates must be glued in place with extreme precision. If the line plate is not installed perfectly, very expensive damage may occur during further use of the electronic scale. If you wish to install a replacement line plate yourself, please order it pre-assembled with the aluminum base plate (always specify the serial number of your E-Scale when ordering).
